Summer Young-Agriesti and Associate obtain complete dismissal of physician’s gender discrimination claim

NOVEMBER 2016 – U.S. District Court, Central District (Los Angeles). The firm obtained a pre-trial dismissal of all claims against its client, a large hospital management corporation, brought by a female physician. The complaint asserted gender discrimination and retaliation claims. No payment or other remuneration was provided for the dismissal with prejudice.
